Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing team in the Local Laws division. As a trusted leader, you will set clear direction, provide coaching and development, and empower your team to deliver outstanding outcomes for the community.

Your leadership will ensure effective and efficient service delivery across animal management and welfare, littering and waste, parking, and broader local law matters. You will foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture, driving continuous improvement in both processes and service delivery.

You will guide the team in responding to, investigating, and resolving issues that impact safety and amenity across the region. Working closely with peers and stakeholders, you will champion innovation, strengthen community confidence, and lead your team to achieve lasting results.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills and effective problem-solving ability
  • High level of emotional intelligence and resilience in an emotionally charged environment
