About the Role

Our Workplace Services team is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to provide facilities management and office support services across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand. You'll be a key contact for employees and report to the Head of Workplace Experience and Services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and maintenance activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, statutory and WHS requirements for maintenance activities
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results-driven solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of legislative, statutory and WHS requirements
  • Skills in contract negotiation and management
  • A resilient mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
