Job Opportunity: Microsoft Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to best practice frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Tanium, SCCM, Azure Update, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint policy management, as well as experience with SSO, MFA implementation, and data security platforms like Microsoft Purview.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the team on incident and service request resolution.
  • Support the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint policy management.
