About the Role

Feros Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team in Bundaberg QLD. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our valued clients, enabling them to live their best lives independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care services, including hygiene, showering, toileting, and general grooming.
  • Transporting clients to and from appointments.
  • Supporting with domestic cleaning.
  • Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding.
  • Providing companionship and dedication to helping clients live their best lives.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support with electives in "Ageing" or "Home and Community" or equivalent.
  • Current and unrestricted Australian driver's licence and ability to travel using own vehicle.
  • Current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements.

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $31.89 p/hour + 11.5% superannuation.
  • Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
  • Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
  • Equipment: Smartphone and specific tools provided.
  • Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
