We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Support Worker to join our team in Gin Gin, supporting our clients with the highest quality care.
About the RoleAs a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your tasks will include:
- Delivering personalized care plans to clients, prioritizing their health and wellbeing.
- Assisting clients in developing skills to enhance their independence, promoting active ageing.
- Providing daily personal care, including showering, dressing, and other essential activities.
- Supporting clients with medication requirements, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with the care team to deliver holistic care, addressing every aspect of clients' lives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Police Screening Certificate, ensuring your suitability for working with vulnerable populations.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card), verifying your clearance.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care, demonstrating your expertise in care delivery.
- A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance, facilitating efficient transportation.
- A current Queensland driver's licence, enabling safe transportation of clients.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates, ensuring your ability to respond to emergencies.
- Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough), protecting yourself and clients.
- Good computer and mobile device skills, enhancing your efficiency in record-keeping and communication.
