Job Description:

We are seeking a Property Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing property management services to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing small to medium-sized portfolios of rental properties
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Conducting regular inspections and preparing reports on the condition of properties
  • Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
  • Preparing necessary documents and paperwork for clients

This is a full-time position working 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 months experience as a Property Manager
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
  • Understanding of Trust Accounting
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
