We are seeking an accomplished Property Manager to fill a key role at our organization.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering property management services, encompassing:

  • Portfolio oversight and maintenance;
  • Built relationships with clients through effective communication;
  • Conduct exit and entry condition reports and regular inspections;
  • Communicate with landlords and tenants in a timely manner;
  • Prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants;

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum 18 months experience as a Property Manager;
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration;
  • Valid Driver's License;
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation;
  • Knowledge of Trust Accounting;
  • Proficiency in Console Cloud software;
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with good time management skills.
