Property Manager

The Role
Provide property management services including but not limited to:

Full small portfolio management;
Building and maintaining client relationships;
Conducting Exit and Entry Condition Reports and routine inspections;
Communication with landlords and tenants;
Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants;
Full time, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 5 day a week, position;
Vehicle available for work use;
End-to-end property management.

To be successful in the role you will need:

A minimum 18 months experience as a Property Manager;
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration;
Current Driver's Licence;
Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation;
Understanding of Trust Accounting;
Knowledge of Console Cloud software;
Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills;
Attention to detail;
Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and highly organised with good time management skills.
