To succeed in this role, you must provide excellent service to all visitors, stakeholders, and business operators by delivering friendly, helpful, and accurate information. You will also coordinate the Visitor Services Attendants to manage car parks during peak travel periods and adverse weather events.

This opportunity offers leadership and direction to the Visitor Services Attendants, including assisting with rostering, training, and support as required. You will work collaboratively with the Visitor Operations Supervisor to ensure effective collaboration across the Visitor Experience department.

If you have a minimum of 2 years' prior experience working in a customer-facing role, and previous experience working outdoors, especially at night, we encourage you to apply.
