Berkshire East Ski Resort seeks a charismatic leader to serve as the Resort Ambassador.

As the Summer Patrol Director, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote safety, and foster a positive team-oriented environment among all staff. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in bike patrol operations, preferably with leadership roles. Certifications such as BLS for Healthcare Providers, Outdoor Emergency Care, Wilderness First Responder, or EMT certification are also required.

This position demands technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems, Google platform, web-based apps, and incident reporting software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
