Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and preferences;
  • Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation;
  • Supporting clients with daily living activities such as shopping, transport, and personal care;
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A warm and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in helping others;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues;
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing client needs;
  • Current Police Screening Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
