">Role Overview
">The successful candidates will be working on polling day as part of our team, performing critical tasks that ensure the integrity and success of the election. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience, build your skills, and make a positive impact in your community.
">Responsibilities
">- Assist in issuing ballot papers to electors, rotating through various roles including ballot box guard, queue controller, and counting officer.">
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain the efficiency and security of the polling station.">
- Provide excellent customer service to electors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must be:
">- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.">
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.">
- Adaptable and flexible, willing to take on different responsibilities as needed.">
- Available to work on weekends and potentially other days, as required by the electoral schedule.">
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.">
