We have been appointed as the sole recruitment partner for the Western Australian Electoral Commission to provide a workforce for the upcoming State election.

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill various support roles in the electoral process. These roles involve working at polling stations on designated days, assisting with the administration of elections, and ensuring a smooth voting experience for electors. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing tasks such as issuing ballot papers, managing queues, and safeguarding ballot boxes.

The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the electoral process and contribute to the democratic system of our country.

We are looking for individuals who can commit to working on designated days, including weekends, and are willing to rotate through different roles. The selected candidates will undergo training to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of elections at polling stations
  • Perform tasks such as issuing ballot papers, managing queues, and safeguarding ballot boxes
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure a smooth voting experience for electors
