We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with On-Premise customers across various segments such as bars, restaurants, events, stadiums, or other On-Premise settings.

As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering mutual growth through Joint Business Plans by:

  • Liaising with key customers to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales performance
  • Developing and executing promotional and activation programs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage Profit & Loss statements and ensure process compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong internal, cross-functional relationships to deliver Voice of Customer insights and performance rigor
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of managing customer relationships in the On-Premise sector
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Numeric and analytical problem-solving skills, along with negotiation and influence skills at all levels
  • A natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
