We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at Internetwork Expert. As a key member of our client success team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customized strategies to drive business growth and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet client objectives.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of project results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and expand client portfolios.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services in the digital marketing space.
- Agency experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and web builds.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
