Job Overview

A leading engineering firm delivers critical water infrastructure projects in Australia, with major investment in dam infrastructure and partnerships nationwide. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects across the country from various offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery teams, working closely with clients and contractors, utilizing your expertise, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Take responsibility for overall design delivery, including final design decisions.
  • Ensure dam projects meet quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with leaders across our team for project delivery and assist with resourcing and business initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in dams engineering and design, with a proven track record delivering large projects on time and with high quality.
  • Excellent communication and technical/report writing skills.
  • Client relationship and management skills and experience.
