Job Title: Business Enablement Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Business Enablement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, owning, and driving Operational Risk Events to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Risk Management: Identify, own, and drive Operational Risk Events to resolution
  • Auditor Support: Coordinate with auditors, execute auditor requests, and implement remediation plans
  • Regulatory Compliance: Implement regulatory changes, enhance processes and systems
  • AML/KYC Procedures: Establish robust AML/KYC procedures and enforce compliance policies
  • Audit Results: Manage audit results, outcomes, and remediations
  • Compliance Gaps: Resolve compliance gaps and identify projects to improve POC and activation

Requirements:

  • Strong Process and Project Management Skills: Strong process and project management skills with a results orientation
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines
  • Change Management: Change management and communication skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to maintain detailed project documentation
  • Influencing: Effective influencing skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in Compliance Roles: Experience in compliance roles is desirable
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and high-quality documentation production
