Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Macquarie Asset Management team. As a key member of our central team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver business forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements across the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that impact the wider business
- 9-10+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis, with a background in asset management or financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, output-focused environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across global regions
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
