Part-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor

The role of a Part-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor involves guiding and leading the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training, and morale.

Your key duties will include:

  • Assisting the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Maintaining a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
  • Leading, mentoring, and training the food & beverage team to ensure a fun and energetic working environment
  • Assisting in recruitment and induction of new team members
  • Handling any escalated guest complaints

Key skills and qualifications:

  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Prior experience in a similar role or as a Team Leader ready for your next step
  • Experience within a large and diverse operation
  • Fine dining experience and Barista skills (an added benefit)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including late finishes
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products
  • A well-groomed and professional appearance
