Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to join our Dandenong South team. If you're keen to progress to the next level to start your career as a Shift Leader or you are an experienced Shift Leader, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Help build a vibrant, energetic and inclusive team culture by assisting with the recruitment, training and coaching of team members
  • Deliver great tasting, high quality, craveable and #Instawsorthy products
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, which exceeds expectations each and every time
  • Assist with achieving operational and sales targets for the restaurant
  • Live and breathe Taco Bell and inspire others
  • Help embed a strong safety culture and uphold safety standards within the restaurant
What you bring
  • Experience working within a high volume, fast paced hospitality or retail environment
  • The know-how to manage and run shifts that positively contribute to achieve all KPIs
  • The smarts to gain knowledge of the operational and financial activities of a restaurant
  • A desire to lead, train and engage people
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
