**Team Leader Position**

We are Looking for **OUTGOING, FUN and HARDWORKING** Team Leader to join our growing team.

Dynamic Outreach is a growing Agency specializing in face to face fundraising. Our mission is to help charities to grow their full fundraising potential by attraction new quality donors for them.

**About the role**:
We are seeking for a highly motivated person who is passionate about people and making a

also managing and training a team of fundraisers

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting new donors in locations identified by the Company. (streets, shopping centers)
- Promote and enhance the brand of Dynamic Outreach's charity clients through conversations with members of the public
- Supervise and train teams of face to face fundraisers and support them to attract individual donors
- Staying updated with all information/training, work guidelines, principles, policies & campaigns.
- Achieving personal and team's daily/ weekly targets, in accordance with agreed KPI Experiences and requirement:

- Previous Face to Face fundraising or sales experiences (6 months minimum)
- Fluent English
- Strong communication, listening and social skills
- Ability to work under pressure

**What we offer**:

- Hourly rate from $30.10 to $ 35 depending on your experience + Super
- Uncapped BONUS based on your productivity and quality of work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Fundraising or sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
