As a skilled Carpenter or Leading Hand, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Queensland. Our fast-paced modular builder offers consistent hours, structured schedules, and long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities include performing a range of carpentry tasks, assembling and installing prefabricated modules, coordinating with production and design teams, and conducting quality checks to ensure safe and compliant work practices.

  • Perform framing, fix-out, cladding, fit-off, flooring, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks.
  • Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings.
  • Coordinate with production, site, and design teams to meet project milestones.
  • Travel for modular site works and installations across SEQ (travel allowances apply).
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure safe, compliant work practices.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience in residential or modular construction
  • Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van
  • Ability to read technical drawings and plans
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • White Card and valid driver's licence
  • Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket
