About Fez Constructions

Fez Constructions is a well established residential and commercial builder, known for delivering high-quality, award winning projects. While our portfolio spans both sectors, this role focuses on our residential team. We  are currently looking for Carpenters to help with all carpentry works including cladding, framing, soffits, internal fixout and fit-offs.

With a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Carpenter to join our team and help us complete projects our clients will love.

About the Role

As a Carpenter you will help build residential projects on the Sunshine Coast. You'll work closely with the Team ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a proven track record in carpentry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily carpentry tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement best practices, drive innovation, and continuously improve systems.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Work in a team environment. Ability to take initiative and communicate clearly. Ability to work independently at job site as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a qualified carpenter.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes
  • Experience with residential Construction
  • A valid White Card and Driver's Licence (essential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
