About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in a new and innovative subacute service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients with disabilities who are participating in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to patients within the subacute service
  • Secondary consultations with the multidisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment to patients with complex needs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral coursework qualification in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology approved by the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA)
  • Full registration or eligibility for full registration as a Psychologist by the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA)
  • Registration endorsement in the Approved Area of Practice of Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
  • For Grade 3 applicants, PBA Approved Supervisor status
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high-quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
