
Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about helping businesses streamline their expense management processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential new clients, understanding their pain points, and mapping them to the unique value that our system provides. They will also develop dynamic outbound calling pitches to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking, confirming, and rescheduling product demonstration appointments with potential new client accounts
- Understanding customer pain points in running an SMB in Australia and mapping those to the unique value that our system provides
- Developing a dynamic outbound calling pitch to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders
- Demonstrating empathy and building trust in external relationships with our clients
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of new business and account expansion opportunities

- Self-awareness of strengths and areas for growth, with a strong drive to reach personal goals
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated, able to adapt to change in a quickly evolving environment
