Key Role Summary:

Peter Stevens Motorcycles is looking for an experienced service advisor to join their team.

As a highly organised and reliable individual, you will be working closely with a team in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Aiding customers with vehicle maintenance and repair enquiries\
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow\
  • Developing strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service\
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements\
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities\
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets the required quality expectations\
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair\
  • Supporting other team members as needed to achieve business objectives\

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license\
  • Motorcycle license (not essential but preferred)\
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)\
  • Knowledge of AS400 computer system (preferred)\
  • Basic technical knowledge relating to automotive/motorcycles\
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills\
  • Well-organised\
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure team environment\
