Seek a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our ICT Infrastructure Business Unit. This unit manages servers, networking, end-user computing (EUC), and support services.

The role supports critical projects including PC as a Service (PCaaS), Internet & Telephony as a Service, and Cloud Services.

Job Purpose:

The Technical Business Analyst will enhance business processes and systems through analysis, documentation, and supporting technology-driven change initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and EUC.

Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
