We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join a government client's ICT Infrastructure Business Unit, part of its broader Information Services Division. This unit manages servers, networking, end-user computing (EUC), and support services.

The role supports critical projects including:

  1. PC as a Service (PCaaS)
  2. Internet & Telephony as a Service
  3. Cloud Services
Role Purpose

The Technical Business Analyst will enhance business processes and systems through analysis, documentation, and supporting technology-driven change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document requirements with stakeholders.
  • Analyse infrastructure and workflows for improvements.
  • Create specifications for solution design and delivery.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor processes.
  • Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and compliance.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and EUC.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud and telephony technologies, including Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of public sector compliance, procurement, and large-scale rollouts.
