Infrastructure Development Specialist

The role involves developing a robust pipeline of projects, engaging directly with government clients, utility providers and major contractors to position the business as a partner of choice. This requires shaping bid strategies in collaboration with estimating, engineering and delivery functions, leading opportunity pursuit through EOIs, RFTs and direct negotiations.
Additionally, staying ahead of industry trends, regional priorities and emerging opportunities across infrastructure and energy is crucial for success in this role.
About You- You have proven experience in business development, estimating or project leadership roles within civil infrastructure.
- Success in winning work in Queensland across road, rail, water, energy or defence markets is essential.
- Strong client relationships across TMR, local councils, utilities or private developers are also necessary.
- A commercially minded communicator with strong influencing skills and technical credibility is required.
- Solutions-focused, proactive and energised by growth, you will thrive in this role.
