Civil Engineer Design Lead

A highly skilled Civil Engineer is sought to spearhead the design and development of our data center projects. This individual will oversee conceptual designs, manage project documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive site selection and due diligence processes.

Key responsibilities include communicating design standards, creating/maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, reviewing designs for compliance, and managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

  • Design and develop site plans, grading layouts, storm water management systems, utility infrastructure, and pavement configurations.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP design engineers to ensure cohesive design outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate design standards and best practices to internal/external partners.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in civil engineering, ideally +10 years experience on large industrial, warehouse, and commercial projects. Proficiency in earthworks, grading, paving, storm water, utility design, and landscaping is essential. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.
