Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Sunraysia. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the health and well-being of our residents
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they are providing high-quality care
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults. You will possess:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Experience in aged care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing person-centered care
