The Opportunity

At Andromeda Robotics, we're driving innovation in human-robot relationships with our emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robot, Abi.

This is a unique chance to lead the rewrite of our flagship Flutter application into a production-grade system and build out our customer-facing web platforms.

You'll set the technical direction for architecture, state management, performance, accessibility, security, and release automation across mobile and web.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Re-architecting applications for production-readiness.
  • Designing responsive, accessible interfaces from Figma/UX specifications.
  • Defining and implementing state management, caching, offline/async patterns, and error handling.
  • Integrating REST/GraphQL services, shaping schemas, and owning auth flows and secure data handling.
  • Establishing CI/CD, automated testing, crash reporting, logging, and telemetry.
  • Optimizing performance through profiling, optimizations, and network efficiency.
  • Driving release automation for mobile and web.
  • Leading design/architecture reviews, mentoring engineers, and documenting standards.
