About the Role

This Housekeeping position involves delivering high-quality cleaning services for residents within our residential aged care home. As a key member of our team, you will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of residents' rooms and common areas.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized housekeeping services to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  2. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and participate in quality control initiatives.
  3. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in resident care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants should have previous experience working in a similar environment. A certificate III or higher in Aged Care or related field is preferred but not essential.

Applicants must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
