About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our residents' rooms and common areas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and common areas
  • Support colleagues and maintain a cooperative team spirit
  • Work safely to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by following all policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is ideal
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Willingsness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
