Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team. As a senior advisor, you will play a critical part in shaping the project's public image and interacting with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to develop and implement effective strategies, and provide exceptional stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive communication and stakeholder engagement plans aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders through proactive engagement, consultation, and addressing concerns.
- Identify potential issues and risks that could impact stakeholders or project reputation, and proactively address them.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate various stakeholder engagement activities such as public meetings, workshops, information sessions, and one-on-one briefings, ensuring appropriate feedback mechanisms are in place and stakeholder input is considered and responded to.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and stakeholder engagement activities, providing regular reports to project leadership on stakeholder sentiment, key issues, and engagement outcomes.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in stakeholder management, customer liaison, and communications.
- Proven experience in a similar complex environment, preferably in the rail or civil infrastructure sector.
