  • Maintain the office to the highest standards, including conducting daily walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell for all members and visitors to the office.
  • Support members' move-in and move-out schedules to minimise issues and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist with events held in the office, including breakfasts, training, and networking.

 

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record in servicing clients, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, confident interacting with vendors, speakers, and cross-company teams at all levels of seniority.
  • Takes pride in their presentation and has a keen eye for detail.
