Customer Service Ambassador

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our stores are always clean, stocked, and welcoming.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, promoting our products and services, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
You will also contribute to maintaining our high safety standards and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable working independently and following set instructions. Being on your feet for long periods and performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching are also essential aspects of the job.
