Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at high-end apartment complexes in Sydney.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with residents and guests, and work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 5-star service to residents and guests, ensuring seamless front desk experiences
- Assist the Building Manager with various tasks related to building operations, including securing resident keys and completing incident reports
- Monitor and maintain database records, receive and respond to phone calls and security intercom enquiries
- Secure parcels and dry cleaning, as well as respond to emergencies
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Familiarity with customer-facing roles or experience in a similar environment
- Proven quality written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, email, and BuildingLink)
