Job Summary

The successful candidate will contribute to a smooth container flow in and out of the depot. Operating equipment and maintaining quality supply of ISO Tank Containers aligns with our production plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain mechanical or specific maintenance tasks on ISO Tanks, including fitting or welding.
  • Clean ISO Tanks using pressure cleaning, steam cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing methods.
  • Repair product imperfections on containers by adjusting according to experience and equipment operating procedures.
  • Loading and unloading of ISO Tanks from delivery trucks.
  • Perform quality control checks for cleanliness inspections, odour detection, leak detection, and statutory testing.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas, equipment, and tools for a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance functions as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Forklift ticket, working at heights, and confined space entry are highly regarded.
  • The ability to work reliably and maintain a stable work schedule is essential.
  • Proven experience in industrial cleaning roles is necessary.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to utilise a pressure cleaner safely and effectively.
  • Excellent eyesight and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Able to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
  • Experience with hand-tools, painting equipment, and welding is desirable.
