About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team at ASIC. As a key member of our architecture leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Business Capability Model and Enterprise Solution Architecture for the Registry domain
  • Contribute to the development of the Business Capability Model and Enterprise Architecture across the ASIC organisation
  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring adherence to ASIC-wide Vision and Enterprise Architecture standards and blueprints
  • Coach and mentor other experienced architects to ensure high-quality solutions that address business and technology concerns
  • Provide architectural direction and leadership for the development of artefacts across the business, data, application, and technology architectural domains
  • Contribute to the operations and improvement of ASIC's Architecture Governance process
  • Represent the Registry business domain on ASIC's Architecture leadership team
  • Maintain an architecture repository in an Enterprise Architecture tool
  • Act as second in command (2iC) to the Chief Architect, Registry
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • TOGAF certification highly desirable
  • ArchiMate certification desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in a Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar role
  • Relevant experience outside architecture, such as project management, development, or business analysis, is advantageous
  • Experience with OrbusInfinity or iServer will be well regarded
  • Experience with developing business capability models, roadmaps, enterprise application architectures
  • Knowledge of business and data architecture
  • Proven experience in providing leadership and guidance across the domains of application architecture and integration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ASIC's primary technology platforms: Boomi, Dynamics 365 CRM, OutSystems,.NET, SharePoint, Optimizely, Databricks, Azure, and AWS Integration in a secured environment
  • Knowledge of ASIC's legacy technology platforms: Adabas / Natural Mainframe, Lotus Notes, Siebel, Java, Oracle Service Bus
  • Experience in delivering Digital Experience projects and technologies, including Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) desirable
  • Experience in Australia's Digital ID / myGovId Integration is desirable
  • Experience architecting solutions in multicloud environments (M365, Azure, and AWS)
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology and DTA's Digital Service Standards, service design, and delivery process desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
