Key Qualifications:

  • Design and implement scalable data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end data transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from initial consultation through to deployment.
  • Continuously engage with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and potential new solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, data engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging data technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions to clients.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, solution design, and implementation.
  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience, with a track record of successfully securing new business.
  • Proven experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data services.
  • Experience with databases, data lakes, data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query).
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong client management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Data Engineer, TOGAF) are a plus.
