Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Automation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying data center controls on time and effectively managing vendors. This includes delivering critical projects to upgrade data center automation and providing service and support to partner teams resolving operations impacting events.

A Day in This Role
  • You will represent the organization building relationships across various stakeholders.
  • You will build and operate infrastructure at scale, participating in the organization's global presence.
  • You will contribute to mission-critical data center deployment.
  • You will grow and learn with direct access to industry specialists and training materials.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deploy data center controls on time with effective vendor management
  2. Deliver critical projects to upgrade data center automation
  3. Provide service and support to partner teams resolving operations impacting events
  4. Resolve tasks within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  5. Deliver initiatives to improve data center efficiency or operations procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Control system integration experience for enterprise clients
  • Three years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and/or Industrial Protocols
  • Industry standard programming skills in PLC or SCADA
  • Engineering documentation understanding
  • Delivery of control systems with inspection, testing, and commissioning experience
