We are currently seeking an experienced and accomplished Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take on a challenging role, working alongside seasoned industry professionals on diverse and impactful projects.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery from pre-contracts through to handover in line with company frameworks and client agreements.

  • Managing project risks, contract obligations, work health & safety, environmental compliance and quality through thorough planning, regular reviews and corrective actions
  • Leading stakeholder and community engagement, fostering cooperation and trust with clients and subcontractors and communicating professionally to achieve project goals
  • Analysing costs, forecasting expenditures, coordinating subcontractor performance and utilising programming software to monitor progress and address issues proactively
  • Optimising project outcomes by identifying and managing risks and opportunities, negotiating with suppliers and driving continuous improvements across multi-disciplinary teams

Our ideal candidate will have a degree level qualification in Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' project management experience in Construction or Water industry projects with a proven record delivering safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and drive successful collaboration.

Requirements:
