Grounds Maintenance Team Member Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and the ability to multitask and work with limited supervision.

  • Key responsibilities will include performing landscaping services at multiple sites, garden refreshing, external pressure washing, and removing garden waste.
  • The role also involves providing regular job updates and following a proactive model for groundskeeping maintenance and repairs.

Requirements For Success In This Role:

  • Previous experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record and experience driving with a trailer is mandatory.
  • Experience using a ride-on mower is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, work with limited supervision, and make sound decisions quickly.
  • A high standard of integrity and reliability is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with interfacing technology used to systemically monitor location/jobs is beneficial.
