**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our organization in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and cost plans throughout the design and construction phases
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements using tools like CostX or similar
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation for MEP systems
  • Conduct post-contract cost control, including reviewing variations, progress claims, and final accounts
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve commercial issues
  • Provide value engineering input and life cycle costing analysis
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and financial parameters
About You:

Degree Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Work Experience:

  • 5 - 8 + years of experience in quantity surveying

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MEP measurement principles, tendering procedures, and Australian standards
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, particularly AS forms of contract
  • Skilled in CostX, Excel, and other quantity surveying software

Educational Background:

  • MRICS, AIQS, or working towards professional accreditation
