Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical software.
- This is a hands-on design role that also requires consulting the business, providing design leadership, and taking initiative in driving best-practice UX.
- You will partner with business stakeholders to consult, challenge, and guide design decisions in line with user needs and product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and shape user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Participate in user feedback sessions and usability testing to refine and validate designs.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating consultative design work (not just execution).
- Skilled in leading conversations with business stakeholders while also being comfortable doing hands-on design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
