Dental Care Coordinator

This role involves working in a dynamic environment to deliver outstanding patient care. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for new patients beginning their orthodontic journey.
">- Welcome and assist clinicians through the consultation process.
- Collaborate with Orthodontists, Practice Manager, clinic staff, and patients to ensure efficient, positive experiences.
- Present treatment plans and financial agreements.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with patients.
- Liaise between patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of dental terminology.
">Requirements">- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator within a dental practice is essential.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
- Experience with dental software is a must.
