Lead Care Manager

About the Role

As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services in a dynamic aged care environment. You will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to achieve best-practice outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of residents.

What We're Looking For
  • A registered nurse with AHPRA registration and minimum 3 years of leadership experience in clinical care.
  • Strong understanding of clinical compliance, governance, and care planning principles.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and resources effectively.
