Medical Service Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our medical professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This includes coordinating appointments, preparing medical files, and providing information and advice to clients as needed.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the candidate will work closely with other team members to coordinate the preparation, production, and release of consultant practitioner reports. They will also be responsible for responding to client enquiries regarding report status, invoicing, or other matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment.
- Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
