Job Title:

IT Technology Lead

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced IT professional. As an IT Technology Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT Consultants and less experienced staff in the planning, architecture, implementation, integration, and maintenance of ICT Infrastructure.

Duties:
  • Provide technical expertise in the planning, architecture, implementation, integration, and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor team members in their roles as IT consultants and technicians within ICT Operations.
  • Oversee the management of external contractors and vendors.
  • Built strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external support vendors and specialists.
  • Deliver high-quality IT project management services to clients.
  • Advise senior management and business units on high-level IT issues.
  • Conduct research and develop proposals to optimize enterprise systems usage.
Requirements:
  • A degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant certifications.
  • Experience with ICT infrastructure, including VMware environments, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Active Directories, and cyber security tools.
  • Current certifications in ITIL and Project Management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for technology.
